Where we ship
ReGenPack™ ships across India from our factory in Manjusar, Vadodara, Gujarat. We do not ship internationally at present.
Dispatch time
Orders are dispatched within 2 working days of payment. Made-to-order items (such as 200m rolls and custom logo-printed rolls) are dispatched within 3–4 working days, or as confirmed with you.
Delivery time (after dispatch)
- Gujarat: 1–2 business days
- Rest of India: 3–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, holidays or remote locations.
Shipping charges
Shipping is charged based on parcel weight and delivery location, and is calculated automatically at checkout.

18% GST applies to shipping charges and is shown on your GST invoice.
Free shipping
Orders above ₹1,999 (before GST) delivered within Gujarat ship free.
Bulk and B2B orders
For orders above 25 kg, or regular bulk supply, contact us for transport or pallet pricing.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we share the courier name and tracking number by WhatsApp, SMS or email.
Delivery address
Please check your address and phone number at checkout. If an order is returned because of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges will apply.
Damage in transit
If your parcel arrives damaged (for example, a crushed roll), please report it on the same day of delivery with photos or an unboxing video. See our Refund Policy for details.
