Metal honeycomb dispensers sell for around ₹9,000. Ours ships free with every 250 mm roll — because it's the box the paper arrives in.
A courier pack in transit. A dispenser on your bench.
Your roll travels inside a rigid kraft carton built for courier handling. When it arrives, you don't flatten it and bin it. Pull the strip, press the front flap down, and the same box becomes your dispenser.
Nothing to order. Nothing to assemble. Nothing extra to store.
Three things that make it work
Reinforced inner walls. Cheap cardboard bows outward under a full roll — the roll tilts and the paper feeds crooked. Ours holds the roll square under load, which is what lets one box survive the courier and months on your bench.
Friction flaps. A roll in a smooth box spins too freely — you pull for one parcel and get three parcels' worth on the floor. Fold the flaps in and the roll stops when you stop pulling. Most useful as a roll empties and lightens.
Refillable. It outlasts at least two full rolls. Reorder paper, keep the box. When it finally wears out it goes into ordinary paper waste — it's kraft, like everything inside it.
Why we bothered
A company selling plastic-free packaging shouldn't generate throwaway packaging to deliver it. So the carton earns its keep twice — protecting the roll in transit, then working as equipment for months afterwards.
Zero plastic in the paper, the core, the box or the outer packaging.
Questions
Do I need a dispenser at all?
No. Honeycomb paper works by hand straight off the roll — no machine, no tape, no scissors. The box just makes bench packing faster.
Does it fit 500 mm industrial rolls?
Not yet — it's built for our 250 mm width. A 500 mm version is in development. Tell us if you want one and we'll add you to the list.
Will it survive the courier and still work?
That's what the reinforced walls are for. Built to take handling on the way to you and still hold a full roll square afterwards.
Can I get it with my own branding?
Talk to us. We already flexo-print customer logos onto the rolls themselves, and we're open to branded cartons for distributors and larger accounts.
